Does anyone know where i can find a Expansion pipe for my yamaha it 400D 1977?? I need a new one my old one is fine but i would like to upgrade it if i could find another one. like not made from yamaha. an after market one and maybe a silencer cause it seems to have a tone of carbon build up and crap like that. so any ideas?

Carbon build up?

If all you are worried about is the carbon, take it to the local machine shop and have the pipe hot tanked. When you get it back it should be clean inside and out. You can then repaint it. Provided there are not too many dents in the pipe, it will look brand new.

AHHH thanks a lot i didn't know you could do this! what about the silencer?
