YZ 125-92 and WR 250-92: Interchangeability of rear wheel

Just bought a YZ 125-92 for my girlfriend so she can join my dirtbike passion. However, the rear wheel is quite damaged and know I have an opportunity to buy a rear wheel from a WR 250-92. Does anyone know if it fits, must be modificated or if it is a bad idea to buy the wheel?

I believe 88 to 98 yz /wr125,250,400,500 rear hubs are the same , the difference is going to be the outer rim and tire size. having a heavy 250 18 inch rim may make the bike uncomfortable and heavy feeling. My guess is that it should bolt on but you might have to run a longer chain with a new knobby to keep from hitting the front of the swingarm.
