Will a 1996 yz 250 rear wheel fit a 2006 yz 125 bike

Sorry from everything I can see it you would have to get a 1999 or newer wheel.

"Wheel" you mean the complete assembly from axle on out to rim or do you mean specific pieces like the rim which should work, spokes might not, and hub is doubtful.

quick answer is no. 99-07 are the same on the rear wheel. Dont know the previous year breakdowns before 99
