YZ 125e 1978 cylinder head

I am restoring a YZ125e and need a new cylinder head.
Can anyone tell me if they are compatible with any other years of YZ or any other Yamaha models

You could try a part number comparison at partzilla or other sites offering such a service. Not sure if they carry bikes that old though. :(

Is the old one just beat up from a broken ring or piston? If so you can get it re-machined for about $50 at a shop that specializes in this work. The good thing about going this route is that you can set the squish up to the ideal 0.030"-0.040" for best performance.
