I made a low end rebuilt, after i put toghether the cases i verified if i can engage in the gears, while i was spining the main shaft (the one on which is the clutch basket). 1 is ok i can spin the shaft easy, 2 little less easy,3 i can feel it is spining a bit heavy, in 4 heavyer and 5 even heavyer than in 4. I separated the cases and verify again but everyting is by the book, i put also a little oil but is the same. Is it normal? or something i was done wrong. Sorry for my English.

That sounds OK to me...the gears should get harder to turn as you go from 1st to 5th. You have a lot more mechanical advantage in first gear than in fifth...that's why the transmission is there.

If you're sure that you assembled everything correctly, you should be fine.

thank you very much Lutz, but i did have something wrong in the gear box but i solved it in the meantime. I have a friend which is Yamaha qualified mechanic and he just hited the drived shaft with a rubber hammer and now everything is ok.
