ok, bike smokes, really spluttery/boggy until 1/4-1/2 throttle then it clears then its fine, running to rich?
Do I drop the pilot, or raise the needle one?

? Honestly? Lean or rich from the sound? That could cause some confusion. It is kind of possible?Look at the plug, wet or dry? Dark or light colored?
