what does that arm do on the right side of the motor connecting to the valve. mine fell off and still runs good, what does it do?

Well, that arm is what operates the power valve. The bike will run a heck of a lot better with it connected. It ties the valve in to the governor in the crankcase.

il have the motor on though and does absolutly nothing. i have the side cover off to see the power valve also and it barley moves. is somting wrong there,, haha so sorry for all this bs. iknow fourstrokes a hella lot better

You probably won't see much movement in the Powervalve linkage unless you are running it at high RPM's
