Just 1 kick will tell me exactly what I need to know? What is a healthy number for my type of bike?

It usually takes a couple of kicks. Keep kicking until it maxes out. If the bike is too hard to kick over, do like you would while trying to start it. You know, find TDC, pull the release, move past TDC, kick it. I can't say I know any numbers for the bike, but I would guess well into the 200's.
