Here is the latest on tear down on my new-used bike. Cleaned and greased swing arm bearings. Ordered new steering head bearings,front wheel bearings,clutch disc,chain and new plastic. Rode in backyard for about 5 minutes before taking apart, had bike 2 days. Probably went overboard but did it anyway. :laugh:

Got bike back together yesterday and went for a ride. A 450 is a handfull. :ohmy: No mechanical trouble though.

Great work. Your bike will looks like new. :cool:

Excellent idea to grease the suspension linkage bearings. It gets rusty and the the suspension become loose. Expensive to replace compare to a couple of $ for grease.
