I’m rebuilding a 2001 yz80 for a friend, they bought it as a non runner so they don’t know much about it. The kick start tab on the cases has a pretty good chunk taken out of it, I wanted to know what my options were with this. It looks like someone JB welded it and I’m not sure if that’s a viable option, or should I get it welded? Or would they need new cases? We are really hoping not to get new cases as it will cost a lot for swapping the whole transmission and everything over along with buying new cases. I’ll attach photos of the case
