Ive recently been looking for a new (used) bike and think I have found a winner. It's a 2000 model YZF 426. It seems to be in good condition, has had some recent engine work and has been well maintained.
Basically I just want to know if this bike had any major issues when it came out and what problems to look for in a second hand one.
Any info would be appreciated as it is a lot of money for me to spend on a bike so I want to buy the best that I can.
BTW if there is any other kiwi's on the site, is $8000 a fair price?
