I had a fiber plate break. i took the whole clutch out. seemed i had got all the pieces of the fiber out. Installed new fibers and steels. Clutch burned out after second ride. Then i took the all the oil lines off and crank case off and blow it all out thinking the oil wasn't getting to the clutch. installed new clutch plates and hinson basket. Burned another clutch. inner hub and presser plate were notched. so had spare oem one and replaced it. installed another clutch rode for 2 days and it was fine. Rode it for the 3rd day and the clutch burned out again. Any suggestions anyone have as to why it keeps burning up clutchs after like the 3rd day of riding?

Do you have a small amount of (slack) in the clutch cable-at the lever?? How about the springs-are they within spec's?? Maybe the clutch is slipping and getting hot and then burning the fibers, causing them to ware fast!!
