My 220 still has stock front and rear sprockets, not ideal for the woods riding I do. First gear is too low, second is too high for some tight areas.

Recommendations?

Thanks

from memory stock gearing is 13/47. its easy and cheap to change to a 12t at the front, this is ideal IMO for woods riding and as its a six speed you dont run out of gears unless you're going real fast.

12/47 on my 220 works well for me. Most of the time I start out riding in second gear and go to third when it opens up. I use first gear for the really nasty stuff.
There is also less risk of hitting neutral if your not shifting between first and second all the time.
