i had sand in my petrol tank and i washed it out and left it over night upside down, now it a bit of water still in it like dots n tha, wud that harm the bike if i ignored it?
help please read

It would make it hard to start but once it all ran through the motor it would be OK. To get rid of the water fill the tank with gas and let it set overnight. Drain off some fuel out of the petcock. Since gas floats and water sinks, all of the water will be at the bottom of the tank and will be the first to come out when you open the petcock.
