limited access question

If this isn't the right place for this question I am sorry but I didn't see anywhere else to post it. When I try to access certain pages I get the following message,

lee42lee, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

I get this when I try to view someones profile and also sometimes when I try to look at some pictures. Thanks for any help.
