Need help installing a timing sprocket on a Honda 125

I could use some help on the installation of the lower timing chain sprocket on a 1981 Honda XL125. Cam lobs down? @ TDC before intake? Also its a press-fit, do I torch it first of just punch it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
