Removing linkage bearings

alright i need to get these suckers out so i can replace them how do i do it? i tryed a socket and a hammer and i couldnt get them out is this something im goign to have to have pressed out and the new ones pressed i nby a dealer?? :think:

I found using a large bench vise and different size tubings and sockets worked for me but it may be a challenge because sometimes the lip of the outer bearing race is rusted and doesn't stand the pressure. In this case, you sometimes have to ask a machine shop to cut the outer race.
