Hmm, this is odd.... I walk up and down the street in front of my house. I don't see a single dirtbike or RV. I can't hear the rumble of Billy's 450. Nobody is cooking out... man I miss Dirtweek.

Boudin is a spicy mixture of cooked pork and rice stuffed into a sausage casing.

Mighty tasty for breakfast with some saltines and Tabasco Sauce.

It's Cajun sausage, and FC22 kept taunting me all week about it. Every time I saw her in the AM, she would say "You just missed the Boudin!" Thanks, indeed. :think:

You shoulda made an Audio tape of Dirtweek and put the sounds in one of those theraputic sleeping machines (where you can hear the ocean waves, cricketts chirpin, leaves rustling etc...) Cept here you have dirt bike's going ppl laughing yelling and other stuff that goes on there.
