TTR 125 ?s

My freind has a ttr 125 and wants to either put new springs and stuff on it and hop it up. Would it be a wiser decision to do this or just get a new RM 85? If the ttr is the way to go where besides bbr can he get some good shocks.

I'd go with an 85. Much more power (almost double) about twice the suspension travel. So i'd say go with an 85.

If he likes his TTR and wants to keep it, a stroker crank and big bore wil make it competitve.
