Was running great. Seat not bolted down & it rained 2x on it (despite being covered by a porous seal skin cover. Airbox ended up w/ 3 inches of water in it. Air filter was wet around edges. Wouldn't even start until I poured gas directly into sparkplug hole & then only for a few seconds. Behaves as if it was flooded with water. Carb is VERY sensitive to adjustments. I mean even 1/2 turn in the wrong direction of idle screw & it won't start. Help!
