01 300 EXC seat swap with 04 450 EXC

This is probably a long shot, but I am passing my 01 300 EXC on to my son upon arrival of my new 04 450 EXC, and wondered if the aftermarket seat I have been using on the 300 would fit the 450?

Any feedback will be appreciated.

Nope. '04's mount under the rear fender.
