02 KX250 Idle

Hi,

does anyone know how to get my 02 KX250 to idle (tick over). I am a bit of a novice at MX and when I practice at my local track in the slow corners the bike stalls when I let off the throttle. This is not only scarey its emabarrasing too.

The bike is stock at the moment with no performance mods.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I would suggest a 11 oz. Steahly fly wheel weight. It will help starting, idling, and reduce the stallling in corners. They have no down side and do not hurt performance. If tractiion is always perfect then a 9 oz. will work better.
