'04 RM85 need tips

Any tips on jetting and gearing for the '04 RM85.
And any tips about problems that may pop-up.

The bike seems to be awesome right now.

We live in the Southeast US.

Replace the stock water pump shaft with a Boyensen unit. Our '03 came jetted fat on the bottom and too lean on top. We went one size smaller on the pilot and up one size on the main. Make sure you loctite the sprocket bolts! Also, dissasemble the linkage arms, swingarm and steering stem to grease the bearings.

did you have an '03 RM or is the '04 your first one? Kind of curious as to how the '04 runs.

this is our first 85. A friend has a '03 & '04. we ride both and the '04 has more power. and their '03 has a Pro Circuit pipe.
