04 YZ 250 exhaust.what one?

im planning on purchasing an exhaust, and wondering if any body had tried the FMF fatty, or platinum pipe on their YZ 250, and tell me what power gain from the exhaust it made. im looking for more broad power. As u may think this bike dont need no more power as it is, but I want a sweet looking chrome exhuast for it and I dont want it to change the power characteristics. thnx >long live the 2 stroke! :cool:

Well as far as the platinum pipe goes I'm assuming that you are talking about the pro circuit pipe and that one should not change the power characteristics to much. They say FMF fatty pipe will broden yor power band while giving a good power increse. I dont know if the fatty will give you as much as a power gain as they claim it will.

Go with the FMF SST, most power out of all their pipes
