06 125sx

I have a 06 ktm 125sx i have to kick it 50 times for it to start it runs great when it’s running it’s just hard to start has probably about 40-50hrs on top end has new spark boot new v force 3 reeds new o rings on exhaust new stator I’m at a loss idk what else to do would it be carb issue flywheel issue coil someone please help?

I would do a compression test . 40-50 hours is a lot on a top end.
