19 inch Rear Wheel

I want to put a 19 inch rim on the back of a 98 kdx 220 (don't ask why). Has anyone done this and do you have any info as to if a KX Rim /Spokes would work..

Putting a 19 inch rear wheel will just make the bike ride rougher in bumby areas because 19 in. tires are lower profile.

It's a very bad choice if you ever plan to ride more than a couple hundred yards from your tire changing station. Both MX bikes on our last rocky ride were down - 1 twice and the other one 3 times with rim cuts. Both had 19s [and both had heavy duty tubes] They're for groomed track use only and would probably work just fine in a sand only situation.
