I stopped and looked at a Yamaha 125MX that was sitting alongside the road the other day. Near as I could tell, it was a 1972 or 1973 model. It was silver with red stripes on the tank and fenders. The fenders were not plastic and the shocks were of the non-thermal-flow variety. It appeared to be in good running condition (for its age) and was very restorable. The tank and fenders had some small dents and scratches and the pipe was hack-sawed off just past the rear shock. I would have taken it home except I felt the asking price was pretty high at $750.00. What do ya’ think?

Oh yeah, it had a pretty beat up old Honda XR75 sitting next to it.

That bike is considered an antique, according to nada.com that bike can range from 450 to 1250 depending on what shape it is in. It is a 73 AT3MX Yamaha.
