1974 Rickman Montesa 250VR

Hello all,

Long time looker first time poster. My name is Dave Moore and I live in Boise, Idaho. I just wanted to share with you all one of my latest projects. About a year ago I came into possession of both a 1974 Montesa 250VR and a 1974 Rickman Montesa 250 without a motor, Controls or plastics. My plan was to combine the two into what they called a 1974 Rickman Montesa 250VR. I am about 1/2 through the restoration. As soon as the forum lets me I can post links to my picture site so you can see pictures of my progress. Anyone else into Rickmans?

I did a 73 MX360 Yamaha last year. Took a year to do it and then raced it at OMC at the Racer X Inter-am having never ridden it. Probably the most moto-fun I've ever had. Doing a 1980 YZ250G now. Looking forward to your pictures. Good luck on the project.
