Do a search, there are many other threads about this subject.

After you loosen the top lock ring, you either tighten or loosen the bottom lock ring to get the sag you are looking for.

But, if you don't know what or how to measure, it won't be right anyhow.

So there are two rings? I know how to measure the sag. Measure on stand, then measure weight bearing and it should be 100-105 mm less.....ok thanks, the second ring must be a lot tougher to move.

Measure on the stand, then off the stand without your weight.. That's static sag.. should be about 25 mm... then measure with you on it.. 100 mm or so..

Second ring is a tough one.
