1996 Kdx 200

Need a little help on my 1996 KDX 200. I need to replace the piston and when I look online for piston kits, I get a pretty wide range of choices on sizes. This bike has a standard bore 66mm (measured out at 66.08mm). The original piston measures out to 65.71 and has the letter A stamped on top. I have seen pistons (Pro X) with sizes that are 65.94A, 65.95B, 65.96C, 65.97D, and others like Wiseco say "fits standard bore 66mm" but have no measurement given. Just want to be sure to order the right one the first time.

where are you measuring the bore at?

Also what is the piston to cylinder clearance per the manual?
