1998 Cr250r Help

Hi, I recently purchased a 1998 Honda CR250R with the following mods:
UNI air filter
Jetted
FMF Fatty
FMF Power COre 2

anyway, I was wondering if i'm loosing a significant amount of power becuase i'm running 87 grade octane insted of 93 or 94 like the user manual says.
