I just read an article in the new issue of American Motorcyclist ... talks about a new OHV park near Riverside and another one near Bakersfield. The article was pretty positive as the funds for these proposed parks have already apparently been earmarked, though it could be awhile before they are opened, if they are. We'll see ..
