2 stroke ban info

Hi everyone, I've been assigned a paper for my english class and i'd like to write about the epa regulations and how they will affect two stroke engines. I've had trouble finding any information that doesn't support their banning (yeah I know, they're not actually banning them, but I'm gonna call it that) and I was hoping I might be able to find some help here. If you have any suggestions of places that have info pertaining to this topic I'd love to hear them. info on clean two stroke technology or any info supporting two strokes would be good, as well as pretty much any kind of statistic or figure. Thanks a lot for your help.

Unfortunately, California has plenty of stuff about it. Try the California Air Resource Board (C.A.R.B.).

How interesting. I just did a chemistry report on the comparison of emmisions of 2 strokes and 4. I used the Legal alert section in Dirt Rider Mag. They have this at their web site www.dirtrider.com
