I just dented my cr front wheel.. it's pretty beat up, i could literaly see the front rim going woong wooong and zzzik ziik<<brake disc rubbing against brake pads.

I was considering either 20 inch front wheel, any idea how effective it runs on a 02cr250 and how much it cost? Or should I consider cheaper rims like excel?

thanks

Excel rims are "cheaper"? I was always thinking they were kick ass. My 01 YZ 250 came with them front and rear and have been through many ordeals and are still shiny and straight.

What more expensive rim did you have on your CR?

Anyway, I would highly recommend an Excel rim. I have nailed just about everything and I am a big dood, 250lbs, so that has to say something about them. ;)

Isn't the OEM honda rims more expensive as compared to aftermarket rims like Excel?Cause if i remeber correctly, the OEM rims alone cost 150,whereby exel was retailing at about 100? correct me if i am wrong on this.

yeah but everything OEM is more expensive. Probably stay with a 21 since that's what you had. You'll get people swearing by the 20 and others by the 21, but in the end it's your money and your decision.
