Just bought a 2001 CR250R but haven't had time to get a manual.
Does anyone know the following:

1) Recommended Motor Oil; 10W-30 Synthetic and quantity?

2) Pre-Mix, 20:1?

3) Anti-Freeze quantity?

4) Should the bike be running to fill the Rad from being empty?

5) Recommended Spark Plug?

Thanks,
Bruce

I use BR8EG , 10w30 @900cc's ( this is a little more than it calls for ) antifreeze 50/50 until full , Fill not running , run it a little and then recheck when cold.
Yes I am still running my trusty 01 CR250 ,and regularly holeshot 450's .

Thanks Pete
I'll have to mix 60/40 water, it was -25 today but sunny, it'll get a lot colder before it gets any warmer.
I plan do some ice racing, it's been 16 years since I've had a MX bike so I'm looking forward to that.
The motor is freshly rebuilt, in this pic I'm weaseling it in, took awhile, but she's in now.
