You asked me to post pictures, so here they are. I went to the awrds banquet Feb 9th. I decided not to wear the helmet. They made them red, white & blue in honor of Sept 11th. I just don't want it to get sratched up (my answer helmet looks awful after only 2 seasons).
Very cool, Neely! :)
They gave out windbreaker-type jackets for the Enduro awards at our banquet. I rode the HS events this past year, so didn't get a jacket, but got a trophy. This season, we're hoping to run the enduro series. Have to drive further to the races, but fewer races so we have time to do other things on weekends.
Hey, are you anywhere near Timr? Once we move out to the midwest I know TTRGuy wants to plan a few trips down your way to ride with him. Hopefully we'll get to meet sometime.
Very cool Neely :)
One thing I find a shame is they don't put the year at the back too, but guess that's just me, but cool idea about the colour scheme. I wonder if NZ will ever go along with things like this - all they get here are trophies.
Congrats again
Michelle
Congrats, Neely!! That is awesome! Keep up the good work----I am anxious to hear how you did at the Alabama race over MLK weekend. We thought about going to that, but decided not to. Maybe next year.
Thanks everyone! It was definately a fun season last year. :)
Aimee,
Yes, I live near Timr. I actually live about 45 minutes north west of Birmingham now. I get together sounds great. Any chance of making the Southern Spodefest on March 23 & 24 or is that too soon?
