You pull out the plug and clean it and it does it all over again. So you have a repeatable problem, the easiest kind to fix since you don't chase it until it happens again. Start by pulling the plug and giving a good description of what it looks like or better yet compare it to some pics available on NGK's website. http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/tech_support/spark_plugs/faqs/faqread.asp?mode=nml That will lead to taking the carb apart and cleaning it as outlined in your factory service manual or at the top of this forum and adjusting the jetting to solve the problem if it is fuel related. If it is related to the work you did on the rebuild then there might be a little more work ahead of you. But first diagnose the plug condition with a fresh plug.

t kinda looks like the dry wet fouling...... but i cleaned the carb its fine i tryed running it with no air filter it still bogged when i hit it.... it boggs even with no load if i just rev it outnot riding it still bogs.... what if i adjust the needle on the bottom of the slide??? the last thing i wanna mess with is getting jets...

How exactly did you clean the carb. Sounds to me like you didn't follow the directions to the letter and did a squirt and hope cleaning.
