We've got one blown fork seal on my son's bike. I'd like to replace it myself, if possible. I've got the fork off the bike, the dust seal off, and the retainer clip out. Can anybody tell me what my next step is--specifically, how do I get the old seal out? I've also got a piece of PVC pipe to help slide the new seal in place.

Thanks.

You need to undo the bolt at the bottom of the fork(a impact tool is the best method as it stops the inside of the fork spinning)then warm the area where the seals sit with boiling water and pull the tubes apart.
