2003 CR250 Powervalve

Does anyone know or have a shop manual that shows how to remove the powervalve from the cylinder? Is the shaft pressed into the valve or is there a clip behind the seal and bearing?

Inside the rc cover there is an allen screw and plate to hold the shaft in, but carbon forms between the flappers and shaft which make it hard to remove. I have made a slide hammer type device to screw onto shaft and help tap it out. Good luck and be careful.
