2004 yz250f

I only have about 4 hours on this bike. It is my first NEW bike and I am not sure what is up with the tranny. I can't shift to neutral very well while the bike is running and I am stopped. BUT, sometimes I will shift to neutral while I am moving on accident. Will this break in or should I read up on my warranty. I have tried adjusting the clutch, but that doesn't help much. Thanks for any feedback.

my friends 03 has alot of trouble finding neutral, but he just got used to finding it fast, i know alot of other peoples bikes do this too.
