2006 KLX110, any issues?

My 11yo nephew is about to get a new KLX110. His dad isn't around so my nephew will have to do the basic maintenance after I show him how.

Are there any issues with this bike? Any complaints about it? Any gotchas we should know about?

We had one for two years. No problems at all.

Great little bike with lots of after market to help the bike grow with him. Air filters, oil changes, and gas and regular proper cleaning will make it run like a champ for years.

Lots of excellent performing and inexpensive aftermarket if you know where to look also.

lots of cheap or free mods for these bikes, i would recomend replacing the foot peg mount hardware with longer quality bolts
