400 Rfs Mileage!!!!!!!!!!

Does anybody know what an 400 EXC or SX can put on for mileage on a full tank of fuel. I'm heading to a local enduro this weekend and wanted to know how many miles I can put on my 400 SX before fueling. The SX is only 4/10 of a gallons smaller than the EXC so I was hoping to get 30 or so miles out of it.

Anybody have any experience with and SX RFS off road.

I've got the 400 EXC and it gets 22-25 mpg in the tight stuff. With the 2.1 gal tank and a heavy throttle hand (on & off the gas a lot so you're squirting that pumper carb) I'd go 45 miles before hitting reserve. Open riding like the desert would do a little better.

I agree with PTcruiser on the 22-25 number. I'd think you'd be fine to main gas at Akeley, Coach, but I'd sure understand having a jug on the truck, too. I'm always paranoid about gas.

MXC tank

JEB, I saw your post somewhere on DRN to sell you MXC tank. Did you sell it??? I also want to part with my MXC tank and was curious if you sold it for your asking price.

2001 SX tank milage

I have a sx tank on my 520, and get 45 - 50 miles on it before gas.
