I have a 81 RM 465,bored out 2nd size over, with a DG pipe and silencer,new air filters, and stock jetting. My problem is that it wont idle, I tried leaning out the air screw, but it does not help. I also tried different pilot jets but still does not work.
Stock pilot is 50, needle is 6fj37, main is 310. I went as low as a 25 pilot, but still the same. It fouls out sparks plugs too.
main seal looks ok.Ignition timing is also correct. I use 32:1 ratio of oil to gas.Smokes alot at low speeds. please help.
