6-speed update for RFS

Has anyone in the forum done a 6-spd update on their '00 RFS? Which parts did you have to use? I have a '00 400SX that I use for HS and MX and would like to use lower gearing for a better 2nd gear mx start. The additional 2 gears would allow me to keep ample top speed. I have looked through the archives, but found no specifics on the actual parts.
