Damn. I don't get ESPN Classic either. Oh well, I already saw them in 2004 and was at 2 of the races.

I've got them on the DVR since I was watching the foozball all day. I watched the first one last night. Very weird seeing some of the old names again. Seeing Tortelli podium, Fonseca racing, all the green and yellow two-strokes. Lots of names I had forgotten in the top ten, too.

I had forgotten how much I disliked Cameron Steele's "commentary", too!
"Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders." "Binders."
God forbid he should ever use the word "Brakes."

I'm down to just Glen Helen to watch. There are so many names that you just wonder where they went or why they never fully developed. Tortelli was on fire. Alessi's voice hadn't changed yet, lol!

And of course Reed, showing that he's a punk-ass sore loser with his pushing and shoving tantrums. It amazes me how all the common taters cut him so much slack, even back then. "And Reed gives Rodrigez a little shove. That's quite uncharacteristic of the Reigning Champion Thunder-From-Down-Under Super Warrior and all-around good guy that he is..." Please, don't insult our intelligence, it's exactly like him.

I can't believe how much I'd forgotten in just 4 years. All the names on the podium, the crashes, who was riding back then, etc. Good stuff!
