86 Klr250 in SoCal

just picked up an 86 Kawasaki klr250- price was right, ran great. Has a few issues with the headlight, etc, but mechanically runs like a champ. I in socal for two more months, then Iraq for 8 months...I already cant wait to get back and ride. :nod:

Ill post some pics when I get a few more posts under my belt.

Welcome to the site and congratulations on the new bike.

I assume it is set up as a dual sport. Lots of fun for sure and from what I understand, lots of places to ride in SoCal

just got back from riding...not sure what the place was called, but it was near Lake Elsinore, Ca- up in the mountains- Got lost all to hell, but had a GREAT time. Cant wait for next week.
