I bought a 88 air cooled kdx 200 but it has no spark. How do I diagnose this? I tried using a test light on the 3 wires coming from the stator and turning the kick start. Only the red/white wire lit. Nothing from the black wire or yellow wire. Im not real sure how to test this. Should the other wires light?
