I just spent about 2.5 hrs struggling to re-install the RH crankcase cover on a 1993 XR200. I am stumped as the de-compression spring and lever inside the clutch cover does not seem to want to go together properly. I do not have a shop manual. I assume the spring is used to preload the lever. The lever must have to be turned properly to fit into place. I have tried every way I can think of. Cannot seem to be getting this to go together. Can anyone help? Does anyone have a shop manual with instructions to share? I looked at a parts breakdown on the net but no help there. I have lots of dirt-bike repair experience but am humbly stumped with this. Any help appreciated.
