i am repairing this atv for a good friend of mine. the case where the stator and the pull start is held got some water in it and rusted the fly wheel. i sanded every thing down to the metal and replaced the pick up coil. i am only gettin one spark the sec. i hit the eletric start the it will keep cranking but no spark. and the pull is broken so i cant try that. any ideas of what could be broken.
