98kx250 Wheel compatability

There was a posting for a 2001 KX250 front wheel. Will this fit a 98KX250? Are the rotors compatable also?

go to kawasaki's web site and look up the part number of the 2001 front wheel. If it's the same part number as the 98, then yes, they are compatible.

I think the front axle changed in 99 so i doubt it will fit.
